will a usa lcd hdtv with qam/atsc/ntsc tuners work in australia with pal dvds/ota/cameras etc?
i know about the power difference, just confused about why the 1080p lcds dont seem to mention ntsc or pal support
thinking about buying a LC37D62U or LNT4061F but their specs dont mention ntsc or pal?
US TVs will not work in Australia which uses different TV formats. There may be TVs out there which can work with both US and Australian TV standards, but I’ve never come across one. If a TV in the US doesn’t state it has PAL capabilitty, you have to assume it doesn’t.
